OG 35 years strong I love everything here at this location. They have authentic Vietnamese deli that serves things by weight. With tons of goodies and snacks to lotto and Vietnamese dessert. Today I got a lb of the bbq pork at 8.99 and 2 Vietnamese combo Sandwhich at 5 each I also got a loaf of the pork cake roll at $5.50 The reason I come back here is because it's nostalgic. This place is one of the first times I even known what a viet Sandwhich is. Very nostalgic and same owners. I took the time today to let the owners know how much I appreciate them and the food. That same smile I get when I eat the food here is the same smile I gave them letting them Know my support. I can't wait to be back

Such a cute place! The couple old cô's working there are just the sweetest ever and its family owned. Do yourself a favor and don't get bánh mì because there are just so many better vietnamese foods. the bún thịt nướng and cá kho are both amazing and are super affordable. They have great drinks as well (coconut water w chunks of coconut meat in it and a lot of varieties of chè). I loved it and it felt like a really friendly vietnamese atmosphere. They don't speak a ton of english though so be prepared if you don't speak viet and want to make a bunch of changes to your order.

So I went in again to order the same Bánh cuốn and this time the nice young man wasn't there. They said i have to order the Bánh cuốn a day in advance now. The steamed rice wrapper take more time and they need to plan for making it. Aw shucks - no spontaneous Bánh cuốn for me today. On the flip side I realized that the Bahn Mi sandwiches are a great value here! I'll be back!

Decent banh mi. I love the fresh rolls they use. I like that they have ready made rolls. Friendly owners. Hard to communicate with the language difference. They gave us a #13 instead of a #14. I felt bad but they remade it for me for free. I wanted to pay but they were okay. We also ordered iced coffee and pearl drinks. They are practicing Covid precautions. Everyone is masked. One door to enter. One door to exit. Tables are spaced apart.

This was the spot I lived off of, during my college days to grab their delicious, affordable pre-assembled mini rice plates and Vietnamese sandwiches. Anyways, during this entire COVID situation I was surprised the kitchen was still open--they was cooking up my Special Pho, Bun Bo Hue, and Rice plates in exactly 30 mins. They do not take credit card, but debit is A-OK. No need for that ATM run! Anyways, definitely support the small and local businesses if y'all can. I definitely recommend this location as they will satisfy all your cravings!

My daughter took me here after picking me up from the airport. I expected to be disappointed because everything was displayed like a buffet and previously cooked. However I was very pleased with the food quality. Everything tasted as if it was freshly cooked. The shrimp rolls were crunchy and hot and delicious. The pork rib was tender and the egg perfectly cooked sunny side up. Reasonably priced, tons of food and delicious! Definitely coming back here again!

I had the coconut milk pudding slushie (#1 on the slushie menu) and the tofu bahn mi from Dakao! Both of those items are good. In the pudding, there is a nice balance of coconut milk, jelly, red beans, and more. For a price of $4.50, this is a pretty good deal as it's the similar/slightly lower price as most boba tea in the Bay Area. The only thing is that since the coconut milk is slightly frozen when it comes, it tastes too sweet when you drink it at first, so I would recommend mixing it around more before drinking. The tofu bahn mi was also good! There is a nice mix of tofu, vegetables, and bread. The bread was a little dry and flakes off easily, so I would make sure to have a plate or napkin and try not to eat it on the go. For the price of $4.50, it's an amazing deal compared to the typical price of $10+ for sandwiches in the Bay Area.
